Don't worry, even if you are not a marathon runner, you can be part of this exciting event taking place through the streets of Melbourne and ending at the MCG on October 14th, 2018.
The Melbourne Marathon is, of course, the ultimate event for long-distance runners; a run that requires serious training and commitment. But if you are a runner of any ability, you can also find a run for your particular category; there is the half-marathon, or the 10, 5 or 3 km runs. All events finish at the MCG and if you have never experienced running into this important and historic Melbourne stadium, then make sure you experience it at least once in your lifetime. To run onto this ground to the cheers of your family and friends, it is a real treat and treasured experience!
