Created by Fitness Consultant and Running Coach, Marie Bean, Lazy Runner is a international running club with a difference - absolutely everyone can take part - no matter what their fitness level is.

The 'lazy' in Lazy Runner refers to Marie's belief that 'Everyone can run and every runner can run a marathon' - it doesn't matter if you are a plodder or mover, with the right training and program, Lazy Runner will help you achieve your goals.

  • The intermediate workshop is designed for runners who can run 5km and would like to improve their running efficiency. This workshop is great if you want to learn some tips and tricks to help you achieve a better running form and increase training intensity.

  • Participants will also receive The Lazy Runner Book by Marie Bean. Published in 2013, this 300 page book is the ultimate insider's guide to running - as Marie Bean shares how she has completed 11 marathons over 25 years injury and pain free. A remarkable feat.

Bookings are recommended if you wish to participate in a workshop as places are limited to 20 per session. Plus if you pre-book, you will pay the discounted fee of $50, otherwise the total charge will be $70.
