It's on from the 1st to the 8th of May and promises to explore the groovy gamut of one of the world's most-loved musical art forms.
A jam-packed program for young and old kicks off this Saturday with a bunch of both free and ticketed events around town. You can catch the iconic James Morrison, Play School's Big Jazz Adventure with the kids, and maybe the free concert at Federation Square. Click here for all the fabulous details.
I'm always struck by the amount of free stuff we have access to in Melbourne. While some of the bigger name acts are ticketed events, there's plenty for those on a tighter budget to enjoy. Maybe listen to some fascination conversations or catch an ensemble, the piano staircase, jazz jams, some art, concerts and more. There's really no excuse for not making the most of it – 'cos they're completely free.
