Coffee is a drink that many people cannot do without. First thing in the morning, some people need their cup of coffee to get going. Throughout the day, this caffeine fix is both popular and a habit that is hard to break!

Now you can attend a coffee expo for all the people who love good coffee. The event has grown so much that this year they will be relocating to the Melbourne Convention Centre from 7th to 9th February 2019. This will ensure that you will have an even better event experience in 2019!

Now in its eighth year, this coffee expo will be Asia Pacific's largest specialty coffee event and is known as MICE (Melbourne International Coffee Expo). Here, there will be all things coffee in one place. You will be able to see and try the latest gadgets, coffee machines, see the supplies and of course, drink as much coffee as you want!

In 2018, there was an amazing 11,043 cafe owners, roasters, baristas, equipment manufacturers, service providers and more who attended the Melbourne Showgrounds.

Some of the exhibitors who will attend at the 2019 Expo include:

Bombora - coffee and water supplies
Beatcoffee - your local coffee roaster and cold brewer in Melbourne
Axil Coffee Roasters - picked by hand - roasted by hand - served by hand
Barista Technology - coffee machines and grinders
Almond Breeze - almond milk for coffee
AFSystems - is a turnkey solutions provider for the agriculture, food and seed industries
Adore Coffee Roasters - specialty coffee suppliers
Bite Size Coffee Treats - In Europe, when you sit in a cafe and order a coffee you will generally notice your drink arrives with an unexpected treat on your spoon! This is European hospitality and ten years ago Bite Size opened and began to introduce this custom to Australia.

MICE will again feature the Australian Specialty Coffee Association (ASCA) Australian National Coffee Championships. There will be a plethora of interesting exhibitors and features, including the Cupping Room, Roasters Alley and the Barista Big Bash.

For the coffee championships, the country's best baristas battle-it-out for the chance to compete at the World Championships.

At the Barista Big Bash, you will be able to watch your favourite past and present Barista and Latte Art Champions compete in this event!

At the Cupping Room, you can get up close and personal with your favourite coffee and drink to your heart's content!

At the Product Innovation Awards, the categories will be the People's Choice which will be judged by visitors to MICE. There will also be the Judges Choice Award for first, second and third place, and these will be judged by an independent panel.

At Roasters Alley, you will be able to taste the coffee from Australia's best roasters.
