Navigate the city’s fashion deals
Have you ever needed fashion advice? Have you ever dreamed of having your own personal stylist or personal shopper? Well you to don't have to go all the way to New York, Paris or Singapore. Stylists and personal shoppers are at your beck and call at Melbourne Central.
The stylists' knowledge of body shapes, fashion trends and the retail market allow them to meet the needs of their clients. This is based on the belief that, regardless of budget, size or shape, with a little guidance and support everyone can dress with style.
Whether you have a special event, are having a particularly bad hair day, or just want to be treated like a queen, whatever your reason, now both women and men can get professional styling and personal shopping advice.
Personal shopping Special occasional shopping such spring racing or engagements
Personal shopping is priced from $75 pr hour to 3 hours for $320. For a couple the price is 3 hours for $400. Group bookings can be made (fee on application). I think this would make a unique present, especially for someone who has everything.
The fashion consultants are well known in the national and international fashion field. They include Raquel Ryan, Sally Mackinnon, Elaine Marshall and Prue Chilcott.
The Customer Booking Process is as simple as 1-2-3
1. Go to the Melbourne Central website 2. Select one of the 4 stylists (a brief overview is provided) 3. Stylist will confirm your booking by email
Useful things to know
A 50% deposit is required before the appointment
Full payment is required on the day
A registration form needs to be submitted prior to the styling session
Meet the stylist at the Melbourne Central Stylist hub (Level 2)
You will receive a follow up email from your stylist.
I'm certainly not inviting them to look in my wardrobe. They say that the fashion wheels turns around if you wait long enough but I don't think they would approve of that jumper from the 80s that I just cannot bear to part with. For tips, solutions and inspiration or translating the trends to suit your body and style, a personal stylist might just be the trick.
