Melba's has vegetarian choices are well as gluten free items.
I haven't as yet tasted their omelettes but their poached eggs are done to a treat. Eggs Benedict also have been a pleasant surprise but this time I chose their Traditional Breakfast. A large serving of tasty comfort food - none of this fancy so-called "modern" food, and was certainly enough to satisfy this old heart of mine (and tummy) for the rest of the day.
Bacon, grilled tomato, mushrooms, sausage, baked beans served in a special comport and hidden beneath everything I found two luscious poached eggs. All served on toast.

To accompany this I had a large mug of flat white coffee and this again hit the spot. For I am amazed when a customer asks for weak flat white you are usually given a strong white coffee. The coffee machine was busy all through the time I was at the café, with many take-aways of both coffee and food being ordered.
