Australia is renown for its giant sculptures; like The Big Pineapple (Woombye, Qld), The Big Banana (Coffs Harbour, NSW), The Big Prawn (Ballina, NSW) and so on, so why not MegaBeasts! Between 6 April to 14 July from 9am to 5pm daily, head to Healesville Sanctuary, Badger Creek Rd, Badger Creek and marvel at huge, moving, roaring, megafauna. Megafauna roamed the earth more than ten thousand years ago. Some may actually look eerily familiar to you today as their animal relatives are still in existence currently. You can help discover why they went extinct by exploring their stories through a collection of amazing, ancient artefacts. Get your tickets HERE.

Venturing into the Sanctuary for this brand new animatronic spectacular that features giant beasts from our past is included with general admission tickets. This is an experience only for the mega-brave! For a mega-tip, look out for the roving Mega Keepers who are excitable and love sharing quirky facts about each and every one of the beasts. Don't miss the Mega Keeper Talk at 1.30pm during the week and 11.30am and 1.30pm on weekends and school holidays.
