Event:
2012 is the National Year of Reading, and to celebrate, one of Australia's favourite children's authors will be coming to Clarinda Library on Wednesday, the 8th of June, from 4.30-5.30pm. Andy Griffiths is well-known for his very popular Just! series and The Day My Bum Went Psycho.

Since the early 1990s, Andy Griffiths has been charming children with his highly creative tales of kids getting up to mischief. Children of all ages are welcome, and Griffiths' quirky writing style and sense of humour are sure to interest even children who don't like reading or are picky readers.

The talk will be followed by book sales. Book by phoning 1300 135 668 or in person at any Kingston Library branch. To keep updated on other opportunities to meet your favourite authors, visit the Kingston Library website.

So what are you waiting for? Book today and show your children that reading can be fun!
