Take the stress out of your life by learning meditation
We should all learn how to meditate as it is a great way to reduce stress, create a balanced body with self-awareness and promotes emotional health. From one who has been meditating for many years, the time spent each morning prepares me for the day ahead and brings about a gentler self; one who can walk away from conflict and does not take life so seriously.
Meditation can be done anywhere at any time; there is no specific routine one needs to do, only to make time for yourself.

The Healing Butterfly Touch in Chapel Hill is inviting you to attend their Meditation Night on Wednesday 20th February 2019 from 7.00pm through to 10.00pm.
Guest speaker for February is Fionnuala Smyth. Fionnuala is an intuitive healer, ceremonialist and storyteller, who has studied in the fields of energy field healing, Bach flower essences, herbal medicine and Irish Celtic Shamanism. Providing a story-like introduction to the Six Healing Sounds, which are based on the Chinese Daoist tradition, the guided meditation will allow your body to present its chronic or acute needs for physical, mental and, emotional healing.
Fionnuala believes passionately in our innate ability to discern our own life paths and to heal ourselves. During the meditation, you will practice the Six Healing Sounds and their accompanying gestures focusing on the intent for self-healing.
Meditation nights are free, however, please register your intent to attend through Eventbrite. Please bring a small plate to share.
The Healing Butterfly Touch is located at 3 Atlas Place, Chapel Hill. If you would like any further information, please contact Maria on 0411 654 207 or email email@example.com
