Meditation allows the mind to take a break from busy days, busy minds and busy lives. You can start with a small amount of time or join a group, take a workshop - the choice is yours, but the benefit will be enormous.



The Sri Chinmoy Centre is offering FREE Meditation Classes at the Sullivan Hall, 2 Nannine Avenue White Gum Valley on Monday evenings 12th and 19th October from 7.30 to 9.00pm. Chairs are provided or you may wish to bring a mat and sit on the floor.

As more and more people wish to find serenity in their lives through the simplicity that meditation offers, registration for this event is necessary. Please call 08 6161 4156 for booking ahead.



The Sri Chinmoy Centre offers a variety of meditation classes with topics, including breathing techniques, mantra, visualisation, music for meditation, eastern spirituality and concentration. Mondays are hard to get to work after a relaxing weekend, however, ending your Monday with meditation will set you right for the whole week ahead.

The Perth Sri Chinmoy Centre was established in 1995 and offers many workshops , talks and lectures on poetry, music, songs, drawings, paintings, community and global events etc. all with the view of inspiriting and challenging the boundaries of others. All the classes are FREE and many people come back time after time to reacquaint his or her self with the goal of the exercise and learn how to ultimately quieten the mind for peace and clarity in life.
