This Summer, Sahaja Yoga Meditation is hosting FREE 'Meditation by the Sea' classes on beaches around Perth and the South West.

In this natural and inviting setting, you'll participate in guided meditation with very limited physical exercises.
Sahaja yoga defines meditation as a state where you are both completely conscious and completely without thought (thoughtless awareness). In this state we gain a unique perspective, and an insight into the beauty of our own innate nature.

Illnesses and ailments can arise due to imbalances in the subtle system. Through Sahaja Yoga meditation one can correct, balance and nourish the subtle energy centre.

These summer classes are brought to you by young people from around Australia who are enjoying the benefits of regularly practising Sahaja Yoga meditation.

Getting to Gidgegannup
From Perth, turn left from Reid Hwy or right from Roe Hwy into Toodyay Rd. Travel for approximately 10 minutes on Toodyay Rd until you reach O'Brien Rd.
O'Brien Rd is on the left immediately after Roland Rd (on the right) which goes to Parkerville. Set your speedometer as you turn into O'Brien Rd and then travel 12.2 km to the turn in at 1254 O'Brien Rd, which is the Sahaja Yoga Centre. As a guide, there is a one lane bridge at the 11.2km mark, just 1km from the centre (See Google map).
