We are also hosting an exhibition, with free admission, at the Perth Town Hall from 29th June to 6th July - A Mother For All.

In our busy modern world we often find ourselves stressed and overwhelmed by life's frantic pace and questioning what is truly important in our lives. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is practised by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide who enjoy the verifiable peace that it provides.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation, while sharing many of the fundamentals of traditional meditation techniques, is unique because of how effortlessly it can help you achieve 'thoughtless awareness' or mental silence. This state of mental silence has a profound benefit on our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing, in which our thoughts reduce and our mind clears yet we stay fully aware and relaxed, which allows us to feel the subtle elements of our existence.

Sahaja Yoga, started in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, a Nobel Peace Prize Nominee, is practised in over 100 countries worldwide and taught voluntarily by practitioners of the method. Shri Mataji was recognised for Her work in many countries, receiving an honorary doctorate and countless keys to cities from New York to Vienna.

An exhibition recognising Shri Mataji's significant contribution towards world peace will be held at the Perth Town Hall from 29th June to 6th July with an official opening on Friday 5th July from 6pm - 8pm (free admission).

As part of the Meditate Australia Tour we will be hosting meditation events around the country, teaching you the basics of Sahaja Yoga Meditation and how to achieve mental silence. Some will be meditation workshops that run for around 1 hour while others will be presentations that include live music performance that compliment and deepen the meditation experience.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation classes are always free and ongoing follow up classes will be available for those who wish to deepen their experience and knowledge.
