Discover Sahaja Yoga Meditation with the Meditate Australia Tour. Throughout July 2019, four teams of experienced Sahaja Yoga practitioners will be travelling around Australia sharing introductory meditation workshops with live music performances.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation gives us the very important tools to go deeper within ourselves, clear our mind and understand the true nature of who we are.
Sahaja Yoga Meditation, while sharing many of the fundamentals of traditional meditation techniques, is unique because of how effortlessly it can help you achieve 'thoughtless awareness' or mental silence. This is the state of consciousness that we aim to achieve in meditation. In this state our thoughts reduce and our mind clears yet we stay fully aware and relaxed, which allows us to feel the subtle elements of our existence. Our mind becomes a place of stability, clarity and focus.
Founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970 and now practised worldwide, Sahaja Yoga Meditation offers a range of techniques and practices to help you understand more about yourself – from health to spirituality.
As part of the Meditate Australia Tour, we will be hosting meditation events around the country, teaching you the basics of Sahaja Yoga Meditation and how to achieve mental silence. Some will be meditation workshops that run for around 1 hour while others will be presentations that include live music performance that compliment and deepen the meditation experience.
