Meatballs with Minted Yoghurt Recipe

Want a way to make packet meatballs taste even better? Forget the tomato sauce, this is an easy way to try them a bit different.

1 packet greek style meatballs
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tbsp chopped mint

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
2. Line a tray with baking paper, and place frozen meatballs on it. Cook for 18-20 minutes.
4. Combine yogurt and mint.
5. Remove meatballs from the oven, dip, and enjoy.

These are a simple and tasty finger food that make a quick snack for yourself, or a great addition to any dinner party.

Of course if you've got a good recipe you can always make the meatballs yourself.
