Across the road from Graceville Train Station at the very end of the line of shops is a little Op Shop that I somehow never noticed before.

The McIntyre Centre supports Pony Riding for the Disabled which is a very worthwhile cause.

If you are in the area it is well worth a visit. It's tiny and cramped but full of good quality clothing. It's not as cheap as some secondhand stores but there were some lovely coats and jackets and I saw a young man trying on a very smart long sleeved business shirt that looked brand new.

I really scored because I've been looking for an old fashioned ewer and wash basin for years. Usually they are genuine antiques and are alarming prices. As I want to use at school history display, I don't want something valuable. This one was reduced to $30 which was "just right".

I also found a beautiful old lined cotton nightgown, complete with pin tucks. It's so soft and comfortable it'll be a toss up whether it gets worn or put in the costume cupboard. I may be able to get away with using it as a blouse and petticoat with my Victorian skirt. We'll see.
