Bringing smiles to your face

Come for a play on McHappy Day!

Pop down to your local McDonald's restaurant on Saturday 9 November 2013 for McHappy Day.

McDonald's Restaurants across Australia is the place to be as there will be heaps of activities for everyone. Aiming to raise $3.4 million this year, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) is currently in its 23rd year and continues to work hard in order to offer various programs and assistance to seriously ill children and their families. To date, McHappy Day has raised more than $20 million for RMHC, which, in turn, have funded new Ronald McDonald Houses, Ronald McDonald Family Rooms, Ronald McDonald Family Retreats as well as materials for the Ronald McDonald Learning Program. In addition, the 14 Houses are presently providing over 85,000 families with accommodation at Ronald McDonald House while their child with serious illness goes through treatment at a hospital close by.

Drop by a McDonald's for a day of fabulous activities and events for the whole family. Cure your hunger with a delicious Big Mac and their famous fries, and then cool down with their yummy smoothies, frappes or sundaes. $2 from every Big Mac goes directly to RMHC so this is the perfect Big Mac day! What's more, many Australian celebrities will be making appearances.

However, if you're not a Big Mac fan, don't fret, because you can make donations on the day, or online.

With 900 McDonald's across the country, there's bound to be one near you!

Yeah. 10th Nov is actually a Sunday. I've looked around a few websites and they all said Saturday 9th Nov. So I'm assuming it's the 9th.
