Motto: Have a plan and be prepared.
Event:
Grand Hyatt Savoy Ballroom: Saturday 13th August 2016

Dress to the nines with a splash of pink for the McGrath Foundation Signature High Tea in the Savoy Ballroom at the Grand Hyatt this August. Originally conceived by Jane McGrath and her best friend Tracey Bevan, this very special fundraiser is now a highly anticipated annual event raising money and awareness of breast cancer.

Though the premise of this High Tea is to raise money for the placement of breast cancer nurses in communities right across Australia, it is ever so much more. The McGrath Foundation Signature High Tea is a social event endeavouring to bring people together. Come along with family and friends and meet with people also connected to this very special cause.

The McGrath Foundation Signature High Tea is a pink infused afternoon of friendly fine dining and fun. Guests receive a glass of bubbles on arrival before being treated to a lavish array of mouth-watering cakes and savoury delights throughout the afternoon.

Guests will hear from some inspirational speakers as well as enjoying entertainment including the High Tea quiz and dress-up photo wall.

The McGrath Foundation Signature High Tea is being held on Saturday 13th August 2016 from 1pm to 4pm at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne, 123 Collins Street, Melbourne. Single tickets are $95 each. A full table of 10 is $900, or there's the Corporate Table for 10 people priced at $2,800 (of which $1,900 is tax deductible).

Proceeds raised from The McGrath Foundation Signature High Tea are used to support the placement of McGrath Breast Care Nurses in communities right around Australia. To date, over 110 McGrath Breast Care Nurses have received funding, aiding over 44,000 families affected by breast cancer.

The McGrath Foundation has a well-established reputation for being one of the hardest working charities in Melbourne. Their exposure is extensive thanks to an ongoing range of different activities and event days as they tirelessly continue to promote their message and their cause. You can help by making a donation through the McGrath Foundation website, or by purchasing any one of the McGrath Foundation merchandise items also available on the website. You will find the link to the McGrath Foundation website here.

The Jane McGrath Foundation does some fabulous work in providing support to ladies with breast cancer. I don't think we can underestimate the importance of the nurses they fund.
