Max Brenner. It's a familiar name. But when everything sounds so good, how do you really know what to order? I do. After all, I've had years of practice. It's actually a miracle I'm not fat. Luckily I'm blessed with a fast metabolism. That or a tapeworm. Either work.

This palace of chocolate is the secret sanctuary of any sweet tooth. But with selections on the menu as far fetched as chocolate pizza, how do you tell a gimmick from a goldmine? Well I'll tell you right now, the chocolate pizza ain't that good. Personally, I find the hot-chocolates too sweet, same with the milkshakes. The brownie isn't the best but I've had worse. Don't worry, it's not all bad, I just thought I get the don'ts out of the way before I tackle the do's.

Next time you go, please, order one of two things. First, the Chocolate soufflé with ice-cream, chocolate and strawberries. A chocolate cake that when opened, oozes chocolate goodness. Pour your chocolate lick on top of the ice-cream and strawberries. Just like magic, it hardens quite quickly. It's heavenly, rich and extremely delicious. The second choice is the waffles. Ice-cream and chocolate included. Every time I go I spend half the time deciding between the two. I try to do the only fair thing and alternate each time but it doesn't always work out that way.

Definitely ask for a bottle of water. It gets a bit challenging towards the end.
