Do you know the spanish one? What do you think is better? Which flavor is more appealing?

Still nice to know that the Spanish one is the best one! But true for the distance...

Hi Noran, this is a traditional Spanish seafood paella. It has a tomato base and delicate flavour of saffron - just delicious! I have not tried the Valencian or mixed paella, as they contain meat, so can not comment whether they are better in taste. The best seafood paella I have eaten was in Sitges, Spain, but this one is not bad - especially when we are so far from Spain ;-)
