Talk about cute. It all started in Gulgong, NSW with just one little matchbox containing a mini ceramic art piece. Since 2010, one little matchbox has turned into hundreds and continues to grow - indeed The Matchbox Show clearly proves the old adage, "from little things, big things grow."
Hundreds of matchboxes filled with ceramic treasures
The general public are invited to contribute a ceramic piece to the exhibition, which plans to take 5000 match boxes to Finland's 14th International Ceramics Conference in 2014 and Houston, Texas in 2014. This is your chance to be involved in this quirky, fun project, while it is showing so close to Brisbane.
