Play, Picnic, Relax and Reflect at Gallipoli Park Marysville
Whether it is school holidays, weekends or weekdays, a day trip to picturesque Marysville is a wonderful place to visit.
Interesting Park Sculpture to play on
Gallipoli Park has a lot of great activities for the kids in the Park's playground with swings, slides, climbing equipment, jumping ropes, a sandpit and of course the Flying Fox.
Stroll around the beautiful Lake
The nearby lake is lovely to stroll around as is the creek.
It is a beautiful area to relax, unwind and reflect.
The "New Life" statue created by well-known local sculptor Bruno Torfs has pride of place at the Marysville Park. The sculpture was created as a tribute after the devastating Black Saturday Fires in 2009.

There is a beautiful BBQ area with a Gazebo and landscaped gardens. The large lawn area is ideal for picnics or large gatherings.
The Marysville Information Centre is located in the same precinct as the Park which is quite handy to visit and find out relevant information on all of the local attractions and places to visit.
The Information Centre is opened daily from 10am to 4pm.
Lots of things to look at while wandering the Park Precinct
Marysville has several quality eateries if you are looking for a bite to eat. These include The Marysville Bakery, Fraga's Cafe and The Duck Inn Hotel.
The small township of Marysville also has a very popular Lolly Shop, a Crystal Shop, Gift Shop and even an Op Shop.

Whether is is Summer or Snow Season, Marysville is a lovely destination to visit.
