This Marshmallow and Strawberry Jam Slice will be perfect for both and it is so easy to make, you're sure to make it again and again. If you love marshmallows, one slice will not be enough - especially when it comes out of the oven and the marshmallows are soft and gooey!
You don't need many ingredients for this recipe - you may even have them in your pantry right now. The hardest part is not to snack on too many marshmallows while you're making it!
3/ Place biscuits in a zip-lock bag and hit with a rolling pin to crush. Pour into a bowl and stir in the desiccated coconut.
4/ Place margarine and 3/4 cup of marshmallows in a small saucepan. Add 1/4 cup hot water. Stir over medium heat until smooth. Add to biscuit mixture and stir to combine. Press down firmly into the lined rectangle slice tin using a metal spoon.
5/ Place in oven and cook for 10 - 15 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and put aside for 10 minutes to cool slightly.
Spread the jam, scatter the marshmallows and cook for another 15 minutes
