I recently did a Top 6 Markets to see in Brisbane , but I have since found a few more ... so here they are (in no particular order):

1. Jan Power's Farmers Markets



These beautiful markets are primarily food and produce based, and have a mix of farmers and city folk selling their goods.

With four locations (all open air) you can find all your food, flowers and plants, kitchen goods and wine, breads, meat, fish and fowl needs in the one sunny space.

Manly Markets
3rd Saturday every Month.

2. Chandler Markets



A traditional Sunday market, where you can find all kinds of special.

There is fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, deli items, fashion, retro, great art and crafts, all in one open air space.

With over 400 stalls, make sure you wear comfy shoes and leave plenty of time to wander about.

3. Davies Park Market West End



The Davies Park Market (previously known as the West End Community Markets or The Green Flea Markets) is jam-packed with fresh produce and healthy food, fashion and gifts: all in a beautiful sprawling tree lined park.

If you are after fab fresh fruit n Veg this is where you will bag a bargain direct from the local growers and farmers. But there is much more to buy here too: fresh seafood and a varierty of food options to choose from including; poffertjes (mini Dutch pancakes!), the crazy lemonade stall, German sausage van, freshly ground and brewed coffee, and delicious cup cakes. Then, there are the one-off handmade clothing and jewellery willing to be taken home with you, and vintage pieces and fair-trade specials.
