Jacaranda Manor is a shopping village at Highfields across from the Village Green on the New England Highway. Organised by Amy Manz , Markets at the Manor hosts refreshingly different stalls which meander the lawns and verandas to the aromas of bacon cooking in the café.

R&R Crafts wood decoration for weddings, engagements, birthdays and other themes including football, are popular at wedding expos, no doubt because of their high quality workmanship.



Pure & Simple Homewares gift shop is open seven days with unusual children's games and books. Loona Balls by Tiger Tribe, sticker and colouring books, monster car kits, stuffed toys and Beat the Clock Stopwatch Sets. For young teen girls there's a full range of TOP Model Makeup Studio. Lovely print frocks, candles, journals, scented reeds and journals make up some of the adult buys. Outside Pure & Simple there's room to have a seat to just enjoy the fresh, country air.

Exciting stalls include Prudence's Pantry for a plethora of relishes, chutneys, jams and marmalades; Your Inspiration at Home for pesto ingredients, dip mixes, chocolate powders, oils and balsamic vinegar; Silhouette Teas do Billy Tea, Liquorice Mint, Pina Colada, Japanese Sencha plus novelty teapots; Zhi Ba Candles have aroma beads in French Pear, Coconut and Lime, and Fig and Melon plus soy candles in decorative tins.

Luscious lipsticks that are kiss proof, smudge proof, waterproof and feather proof are on display at LipSense Saxy Lips . Amazing staying power with healthy ingredients providing sensuous supermodel lips. Party plans are available.



Children are catered for with delicate face painting and a partially enclosed colouring area. Live music from local youth talent creates a laid back, cheery atmosphere.

Other stall items include a wide range of jewellery with beads being big, enamel figurines, beanies, jumpers, knitted scarves, quilted bags and play mats, watercolour paintings and bookmarks by Roma Smith Art, GF fudge and peanut brittle, chrystal angels, kids' rugs, pram liners in fun prints, kids' cushions in cartoon prints including Disney and lots of home made children's' clothing by Cherry Mill Creations who will also do custom and adult orders.

Drawn by Fire Pyrography Artworks sit on the veranda with unique pieces of art by Okko de Keijzer, a man with a passion for this art. Several tools are used to make his Australiana creations including spoons.

Charlotte Greer's worldwide hit Attipas children's' shoes are a unique invention which children will never be itching to take off the moment your back is turned. Bulbous toes are designed for new walkers whose toes flex upwards, low heels for flexible ankles and adorable sock designs will get your kids hooked on wearing them. The Urban Cup café menu on market day doesn't bear all day breakfast as it does on other days, but there are bacon and egg rolls, muffins and wraps. There is plenty of choice in this arty, intimate eatery. Giant ladies, flowers and birds are painted over the walls alongside comic strip art making it a fun place to warm up with coffee, breakfast or lunch. Fare includes Vegie Stack, Chilli Calamari, Waffle Chips with sour cream and sweet chilli, Soup Pot, stuffed Hot Potato, billions of burger choices, roast meat and gravy rolls and also boasts a wide range of cabinet sweeties. Smoothies are well blended, flavoursome and are served in a generous-sized jar.

Kinesiologist Kris Lipp will take the stress away with a twenty minute massage for $15 on the veranda overlooking the dappled lawn. It's a soothing and healing massage while listening to relaxation music and is the perfect way to wind up this village market experience.

You and the kids can come away thoroughly painted, fed and rubbed down, feeling a million times better than when you arrived. Definitely a wonderful way to start your weekend.
