Get funky with the fungi - Mushroom Arancini to die for
Margarita & CO is the latest Exciting Pizza and Pasta Bar at World Square Shopping Centre. It is located next to the monumental Charging Bull statue upstairs in Hoyden Arcade. You can't miss the place once you find the bull statue. You can't miss the bright orange sexy red-head with sunglasses logo. The place is decked out like a little Italian village. The staff are friendly and even happily engage in conversation with customers that goes beyond describing (or selling) the food on offer. On the weekend the vibe is decidedly young, with many city dwellers enjoying the experience after a night out. The place is busier after dark and seems to be the perfect place for enjoying pasta just the way you like it.

Margarita & CO have developed an intricate way of serving pasta that is perfect for the fussy eaters amongst you or anyone who just wants to try specific pasta/sauce combinations. You can choose your sauce such as Mr Cheesy or Wild Mushrooms combining it with your choice of pasta such as oricchette, penne, spinach and ricotta ravioli. You can then "Pimp your pasta" with add on tasty morsels such as cherry tomatoes, roasted mushrooms, pine nuts, buffalo mozzarella, black olives and the like.

They also do a mean Arancini with wild mushrooms, mozzarella, black truffle, with sardella dipping sauce. It is rich and creamy and the perfect choice with fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside Arancini. Even the potato fries are given the gourmet treatment – they are toasted with white truffle oil and parmesan cheese.

The pizza is of the authentic Italian style and is divided into red or white bases. The best of the red base (tomato based pizza sauce) is the classic Margherita and the delicious gourmet Vegetarian. For the white base, you can't go past the Pancetta featuring truffle oil, pancetta, sage and mozzarella.

For a unique dessert, try their famous Fried Pizza Dough Cups, which are dusted with cinnamon sugar and filled with, a delectable rich chocolate fudge sauce and topped with whipped cream.
