Savour the Flavour on Fridays
It's Friday night and you want to chill out with your mates but you're bored with the same dinner venues. Want to try something different with an exotic international flavour? Well now you can celebrate the end of the week with international feasting at the new twilight food market at Marcoola. It is on every Friday night between 4pm - 8pm.
There you will be able to sample Mexican, Asian, Spanish, Dutch, French, German, Greek, South African, Thai and Japanese cuisines.
Live entertainment is a bonus.
But don't let the locals have all the fun! Enjoy live music and an abundance of food in a tranquil beachside setting where the sounds, sights, and smells truly make this market a feast for the senses. Taste German sausages and schnitzels, Spanish paella, Greek souvlaki, Dutch poffertjes, healthy spring rolls, and even some tempting dessert treats as well.
Tempting desserts on offer.
Marcoola Surf Life Saving Club and the Marcoola Community Group in conjunction with Coolum Coast Care also have stalls at the market to raise awareness of their activities within the community. Good food, good music, and lots of good people - what more could you want to kick off the weekend?
