I love hiking, travel, photography, art, and looking for peaceful places in a busy cityscape. I'm also dabbling in some travel writing - https://tinamaleela.home.blog
Legal hemp to add to your shopping list
If you want to follow the latest foodie trends, then you must add hemp to your shopping list. Not only is hemp sold legally, but it is also organically grown in Tasmania and is considered a nutritionally complete protein source. That's great news particularly for vegans and as hemp is also gluten-free, coeliac sufferers can add it to their diet as well.

If you've never used hemp before, the "Cooking with Hemp" workshop will introduce you to this ancient grain and teach you ways to use it. The workshop will be presented by Caroline de Lore who will show you how to make fresh hemp milk, hemp hummus dip, hemp sukkah, and hemp protein brownie.
As part of the workshop cost, each participant will take home a packet of each of the foods made in the class and recipes to try out at home.
The workshop is being held at Marcia's on Montague. Book and pay online - see website below. Parking is available on the premises.
