A cheesy way to live greener
Have you ever wondered how cheese is made? And did you know you can make your own at home? You can learn the secrets of making home-made cheese at an interactive demonstration by Valerie Pearson of Green Living Australia.

Valerie, author of Home Cheese Making in Australia, will explain the art and science behind cheesemaking. At the workshop, she will turn four litres of milk, into glossy-skinned mozzarella with the desired soft rubbery consistency. Attendees will have the chance to taste the cheese and learn a few tips on yoghurt making as well.
The workshop fee includes a credit note to use towards Green Living Australia products, such as equipment or live cultures to start making your own cheese straight away.
