On Thursday 18 October at 7.30 pm Cook & Co invites you to celebrate the vibrant stories, rhythms and harmonies of Middle Europe in a program featuring songs by Dvořák and Janáček, the violin favourite From the Homeland by Smetana, compositions by Górecki and much more. Savour the artistry of soprano Rada Tochalna, violinist Markiyan Melnychenko and pianist Janis Cook as they bring this evocative repertoire to life. Special guest Julie Nihill will recount an intriguing tale born of traditional Bohemian folklore.

The third program in the 'Maps' series will be all about magic and fairytales of old Europe. You will be enchanted by voice, violin and piano. You will be taken on the journey only your mind can conjure up. Be sure not to miss this trip.
