Heading to the markets is a favourite past time for some, for that something special, unique, or even nostalgic. It's the best kind of place to get something for that someone special that's not mass produced. Many goods are handmade with love and there's generally just one stall per type, making it a whole lot of variety to look through. Aside from eating, shopping is generally one of our favourite past times, if only to browse and find out what's trending currently. The Manor Farm Scout Hall Market at Northbri Ave, Salisbury East on Saturday 16 March 2019 from 9am to 2pm may not be the hugest market ever, but it's filled with stallholders who have a passion for what they make. Entry is FREE, however you need to REGISTER.
You'll find jewellery, plants, dolls and crafts, cards, baby and handmade gift items, candles, homemade cakes and biscuits and a whole lot more, plus a sausage sizzle thrown in. The kitchen will remain open for sustenance and beverages as well. Buy local, buy handmade and support small business. This might be a small market, but they must be doing something right if they've been around for over 15 years. Head on down, have a look and say hi. See below for future market dates and put it in your diary. Stay updated via their Facebook page.
