Quest for the Best music competition for young and upcoming talents.

If you have originals or covers, you play various instruments or just vocals, this is an ideal competition to prove yourself. Who knows if you could be the next big talent..?
All performances need to be solo with two songs per participant – one with a backing track and one a cappella/playing their own instrument. Ideally, one cover and one original; though two covers will be acceptable. Each participant will have a total of 10 minutes to perform the two songs. In addition participants will be allotted preparation time of 10 minutes to tune instruments and do other preparations before the performance.

The Manly Deck will provide speakers, amp and microphones. All aspiring artists need to do is to bring their own backing track and instruments.
Three qualified judges will be there to mark the participants. The winner will receive $500.00 in cash and gets to also play at the
Halloween Parade in Manly Harbour Village on October 26. There are runners up prizes of $100 in cash & $50 in food & drinks voucher each for second and third place.
The competition will be held over two Sundays from 1pm with the first Round being held on 15 September and the second on 22 September. Six participants will make it to the Final Round, where they will have to perform 3 songs.
