Have you ever wanted to try your hand at drawing Manga? Well here's your chance. Come along and learn how to draw Manga style at the . The will be held at the Armadale Library, located in the Armadale Central Shopping Centre, on Thursday 21st August, 2014, between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.



Proudly brought to you by the City of Armadale and the Armadale Library, this workshop promises to be fun and interesting for all who attend, and will give youngsters an insight into the world of Manga.

Join talented Perth artist Nami Osaki as she shows you the basic techniques of the Manga drawing style. She will lead participants in a fun-filled drawing workshop where you will learn all the skills you need to create your very own original Manga character.

Manga is a popular style of Japanese animation and drawing, developed in the late 19th century. It covers a broad range of genres and is often used in cartoons, comics and magazines.

The is suitable for people from twelve to eighteen years of age.

All the basic materials needed to participate in this workshop will be supplied.

There will be a variety of light refreshments provided.
