Makoto at Chatswood is one of Chatswood's best restaurants to eat sushi and Asian food in. Be prepared to wait outside as the tables fill up rather quickly at dinner time. It is a little annoying that the staff tell you where to sit, otherwise it is a quality establishment with delicious Japanese food and chill out music to boot.

Great seafood dishes, and I also love the green tea refills. Sometimes you have to ask the staff for a refill, while at other times the green tea and water refills come too frequently.

The service upon paying for your meal is rather friendly. When you come to something like this the first time, it feels like heaven. If you love sushi and you happen to be around the North Shore, then make an effort to try out this establishment at least once. You should not be disappointed. One of Sydney's best sushi trains.
