The Makers & Shakers Market is set to take over Coburg Town Hall on Sunday 7 April 2019 with a family-friendly, Easter-inspired boutique shopping experience and gourmet food extravaganza!
Kicking off at 10am, market-lovers can look forward to 60 of the finest established and emerging Melbourne makers, creators and designers under one roof. Expect to see a spectacular hand-picked selection of beautiful homewares, stunning lifestyle products and delicious gourmet foods.
No two stallholders are the same and organisers are passionate about supporting local talent and aim to give local makers an affordable and fun place to show and sell their wares and for shoppers to have an awesome day out, as well as pick up some wonderful new treasures along the way.
During the morning and afternoon, you'll get to meet the friendly stallholders and learn more about what inspires them, upcoming Autumn/Winter trends and how the various wares were made.
It's a great opportunity to pick up locally made gifts for friends and family members and best of all, many of the stallholders are exclusive to Makers & Shakers. Check out the participating stallholders here.
Adding to the vibrant community atmosphere is a selection of delicious homemade baked goods, including pastries, gourmet chocolate, slices and cookies! There will also be yummy lunch specials, tasty gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options and piping hot specialty coffee! All this can be enjoyed inside the Hall's dedicated seating area.
Don't miss the always inspiring Makers & Shakers Market this April! It's set to be their strongest line-up yet with everything from vegan doughnuts, ceramics and candles to original art and more!
Entry is $2 (cash only) and kids under 12 are FREE.
Coburg Town Hall is situated at 90 Bell St Coburg VIC 3058. There is free parking behind the hall and a short stroll from the Sydney Rd tram.
Many of the stallholders will accept cards (and cash) but it is recommended that shoppers bring some cash. There is an ATM in the venue foyer.
The Makers and Shakers Market is run by the same team behind the super-popular fashion market, Round She Goes.
