The Makers and Shakers market is coming back to Canberra on 4 November 2017.

The Makers and Shakers Market is an indoor, curated, retail event that brings together people who care about where things come from, how things are made and what they are made of.

The Makers and Shakers held their first market in Canberra back in May 2017 and they are coming back again this year. Having been to the May market, I am really looking forward to attending it again soon.

The markets will be held at Albert Hall and filled with local makers selling a wide range of products from homewares, stationeries, fine foods and lifestyle products.

It provides local makers an affordable and fun place to show and sell their wares and for shoppers to have an awesome day out, as well as pick up some wonderful new treasures along the way.

There will be 39 stallholders in the November market and you can find the list of the market line-up here.

I highly recommend coming early as the food tend to be very popular and can go quickly. Food stalls that will be available on the day include La Empanada, Cannoli Brothers, Lulu & Sis custom made cakes and cookies, the Doughnut Department, Bombolini, and coffee from The Doctor.

Shoppers are recommended to bring cash as there is no ATM on site, although some stallholders may have EFTPOS facilities.
