Maker & Monger are offering a masterclass, hosted by acclaimed cheesemonger Anthony Femia, on Saturday 7th December from 2pm. Anthony will guide guests through an afternoon of cheese and wine pairings finishing with the ultimate cheese platter demonstration where he will demonstrate how to infuse a triple cream Brie with raspberries and truffle. Wines on the day will come from French wine specialists Mosaique Wines.
