This is a wonderful opportunity to start your quest for no sugar or low sugar jam where you and your family can avoid chemical preservatives, colourings, flavourings as well as all that hidden sugar usually found in many commercially produced foods. The workshop will demonstrate safe and easy ways of making low and no sugar jams.
Valerie, author of the brilliant tome, 'Home Cheese Making in Australia', will inform and display the secrets for nutritious jam eating Â– once thought to be impossible!
Green Living Australia, Unit 23/25 Parramatta Road, Underwood has been developed as a response to the growing need for people to enjoy home-made, preservative free and additive and chemical free foods that help combat the ever increasing food allergy and chemical sensitivity problems in society.
