Save the planet one beeswax wrap at a time
The world needs you to reduce your plastic waste and start reusing products where you can. It is no longer an option to not care about the future of the planet. Our waste has to go somewhere and there is only so much waste we can produce before it starts to outweigh the human race. So to take some of the strain and reduce your carbon footprint, try a workshop where you get the chance to make your own beeswax wraps and hand scrubs. There are also other things you will have the chance to learn at the same time.
With 13 years experience, your guide, Peg Davies, is going to teach you all about how to create and use products that aren't going to be as harsh on your skin and on the environment. These fun-filled activities include teaching you how to make hand wash, lip balms, and of course, beeswax wraps. By the end of the day, you will have an incredible collection of items to take with you. You will have to bring a small jar with you.
For only $5, you will learn all of these invaluable skills and you will always be able to make more when you get home. Light refreshments are available on the day. You have to register before the day to ensure that you have a place on the day. Make sure to do it as soon as possible. This takes place on Monday 11th July at 9:30-11:30am.
