Cavatelli is one of Italy's most classic and oldest pasta types that originated from the regions of Molise and Puglia. Cavatelli is known for its elongated shape, made by hand using simple ingredients – durum wheat semolina flour, lukewarm water and salt. James will show you how to make this classic pasta, in its vegan form, as well as instructing you how to cook the pasta alongside a delectable and easy pumpkin and walnut sauce. James will also teach you how to source the best local ingredients for making this special dish.
