If you would like to learn how to make cheese, you can so in three hours on 23 July and also raise money for Room To Read.

The Cheese Maker will present a workshop on how to make your own ricotta, paneer and various other cheeses and yoghurts.

The cost of the short course is $149 which includes drinks, cheese tasting, take home ricotta, a guide to make your own cheese at home. Places are limited, to book your ticket online.

Room to Read partners with communities across the developing world to promote literacy and gender equality in education by establishing libraries for more information on this organisation visit their website here.

If you want to make cheese at home, 10% of all retail sales on the night will be donated to Room to Read.
