Tis the season to be jolly and tis the season for fabulously delicious gingerbread houses! Join the Heritage Library Team to discover the fascinating history of ginger production on the Sunshine Coast and then get to build your very own gingerbread Christmas House to take home and eat or put on display for all to admire. The good news is that the gingerbread recipe will be included in these hands-on workshops, which means you can start a family tradition and make it year after year.

Important Info -

Please note that food ingredients provided in the workshops are NOT gluten-free, dairy-free or vegan-based.

The cost to Make a Gingerbread House is ONLY $15. All materials will be provided, including tea and coffee.

Workshops are for ages 16 and over.

Registration is essential.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be made unless the Library cancels the event.
