is a magical playground with a fairytale theme. Located on the corner of Eva and Pelham Streets in Coorparoo, this small suburban park is a southside secret.

There's a small play area in each corner of the park including climbing walls (this is a Brisbane City Council 'active and healthy' park) but my kids love the main playground with its castle cubby and draw bridge (pity it doesn't work) and large, green dragon. You'll find dragon footprints in the 'enchanted forest' as well as a fairytale, 'The Princess and the Frog', to read. There's also swings and slides beneath the shade of the trees.

Another fantastic feature of this park is the flat bike path that encircles it. Whether your little one is learning to ride a bicycle or skateboard, this park is perfect. Set up at one of the picnic shelters scattered around the park or spread a blanket on the oval, next to the cricket pitch. You'll be able to watch your child riding rings round the park. There's a barbecue next to the main playground and there's also an amenities block. Plenty of on-street parking is available.
