Play with flowers and dragons
Ever wanted to learn to play Mahjong? Want to meet new people and play a fun game of skill and strategy? Then the Mahjong Club is for you.
Mahjong is a four player game played with tiles, originally from China. The myth tells that it was invented by Confucius in about 500 BC. The game is similar in many ways to Rummy and very easy to learn. In no time you'll know how to break the wall, and what to do with the dragons and flowers.
The Mahjong Club is held on the last Tuesday of the month, from 10.30am - 12.30pm at Marrickville Library, starting on the 29th of July.
No experience needed, so come along and develop a new interest, or if already an experienced player, test your skills against the other club members. No bookings necessary and all are welcome.
