Event:
What should I have for breakfast ?
It has been over 12 months since I last visited the Sunrise Markets on Montacute Road, so I thought it was time to pay a visit again. Besides that, I was hungry, and the Rotary BBQ is always a good cause.

Held on the 2nd Sunday of every month the Magill Rotary Markets are a small market located in the carpark of the Campbelltown Library. The market has around 20 stalls of varied interest, and are anchored by two large stalls on the southern end of the car park.

Standing tall and bright is Bodri's Taste of Hungry food truck which is a favourite amongst attendees at the various Fork on the Road events. The "Taste of Hungary" truck is best described as a colorful state of the art food caravan comprising an artisan bakery and cafe. Having had them many times before I can recommend their famous Hungarian Chimney Cakes.

Next door to Bodri's the Rotary Club BBQ is teasing visitors with a series of different breakfast smells including the sausages, onions, bacon and egg sandwiches and the unique Zucchini Fritter. By this time hunger had kicked in, and the sandwich was in order, and it arrived with nothing to complain about.

However for those looking for foods that they can takeaway, the Farmhouse Bakery has a large range of fresh breads and rolls, while jams, chutnies and associated preserves are prominent on other stalls.

Visitors with green thumbs are sure to find something to please with several stalls offering different types and ranges of plants and flowers for sale while some seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables will aim to provide some balance to our diet.

Other regular stall holders have ranges of jewellery, toys, books and associated arts and crafts for sale. Candles, soaps and associated beauty products and oils are also a regular site at these markets.

Each month at the market a couple of new stalls appear with some bric-a-brac and secondhand goods that they have accumulated over the years, and have now determined needs to be relocated in to a different home.
