3 Levels Of Food & Fun
A guest at the pre-opening party told me the best thing they liked about Magic Mountain Saloon is the attention to detail - from flattering red lighting that makes all of us look flawlessly fabulous to skylights on the rooftop to gaze up at the stars. While this is true, the newly opened bar and dining saloon offers that and much more.

The team behind Revolver Upstairs, Cookie, The Toff, and Bony, have created another gem for their collection; a three level venue located at 62 Little Collins Street. Magic Mountain Saloon delivers in atmosphere, location, service, and fresh, clean, Thai influenced food.

Level one offers a casual wine bar, the mezzanine level has an intimate dining area that overlooks the DJ booth and downstairs activity, and entry to level three surprises with a bustling American saloon-style bar with options of private booths, intimate alcoves, balcony, and communal long tables.

Open Monday to Friday from 7am til 3am, and on weekends from 8am til 3am, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner until midnight. Breakfast choices include sweet and savoury options such as Coconut Pikelets with Papaya, Coddled Egg and Chicken Ball Congee, Snapper and Ginger Blossom Curry; or for the less adventurous, a choice of stuffed omelettes. Throughout the day and evening, opt for a light bite at the bar or sit down to lunch or dinner, selecting from aromatic curries, creative wok stir-fries and salads, succulent ribs, or something from the grill. In every dish, flavours are harmoniously married together, creating a taste sensation. Don't miss the Smoked Trout on Betel Leaf or Kingfish Ceviche - each paired perfectly with a glass of champagne.

The atmosphere is lively and social. If you love Cookie, then add Magic Mountain Saloon to your favourite hangouts. A few meters from Parliament station, makes this a perfect place to enjoy a lazy breakfast before work, dinner and drinks after work, or anything in between.

Long opening hours seven days a week, exceptional service from attentive staff, and food that lives up to the hype. See you there!
