A Piece of Naples in Randwick
One used to have to travel to the inner west for a decent Italian pizza, but now it has finally started to make its way to the east with Made in Naples.
Made in Naples, located on Avoca Street in Randwick, is owned and operated by the same folk from the very popular Napoli in Bocca restaurant in Haberfield.
Bringing a slice of little Italy to Randwick, Made In Naples is a Traditional Wood Fired Pizzeria Trattoria that offers the same hearty Italian food, excellent pizzas and friendly service.
The restaurant has the traditional style décor, with the red and white check table cloths, over-set with butchers paper. Every chair is full and the restaurant is bustling with people ready for an Italian feast.
Alternatively, if pizza is not your thing, you can opt for one of the meat based main dishes, like the Pollo Boscaiola which is chicken breast cooked in creamy sauce with mushrooms and bacon bits, and served with vegetables.
They need to go back to Naples and learn some more. Pizza was not bad but if the pizza guy doesn't know salami from prosciutto then it's time to learn. And a good brush up on customer service would help too. Lastly when you cook battered zucchini flowers the batter should be crispy not gooy
