An atypical bruschetta without a trace of tomato served on a lovely wooden plate, the infusion of flavours melted in my mouth. Roasted peppers, feta, olives, onions and balsamic dressing merged to form a unique and tasty combination. The bread was warm and had a crunchy crust with a middle which was strong enough to hold the thick layer of the aforementioned ingredients.
