A great place to be
The popular Mad Hatter Markets are held in Fremantle, every week, from Wednesday to Sunday, between 10am and 4pm. Located in the town centre, Kings Square, just by the Town Hall and the Tourist Information Centre, it's the perfect place to spend a few hours on a lazy afternoon. A fantastic open-air market which offers a large range of stalls, merchandise, products and services, there really is something for everyone.

Every week the town centre becomes a hive of entertainment featuring not only market style stalls but live music, competitions, give-aways, food, animals, mini train rides, kids activities, a treasure hunt, bouncy castle, face painting, balloons and much, much more.
There are plenty of fresh food outlets that offer local and organic foods, fresh veggies, quality meats, fresh fish, hot or cold foods and refreshments. Enjoy a coffee, breakfast or lunch from one of the many food stalls at the markets. Sample food from around the world, grab some to take home with you or relax and soak up the atmosphere of the local community.
Among the stalls at the Fremantle Mad Hatter Markets you will also find Tarot Readings, Massage, organic oils, spices, gifts, homewares, toys, clothes, vintage items, jewellery, arts and craft items and an outdoor library.
Starting on Saturday 5th October, 2013 the Mad Hatter Markets will launch its first ever family Fun Fair. Proudly sponsored by local radio station Pirate 88 FM, the special Mad Hatter Markets Fun Fairs will be held once a month, and will feature all the usual market activities and entertainment, plus loads more.
So, come on down to the Fremantle Mad Hatter Markets and browse the many stalls, pick up a bargain, sample the local produce, enjoy some live entertainment or grab a bite to eat. It's a great day out and loads of fun for the whole family.
