Like all ladies, I have a bit of a sweet tooth. After all, there's nothing like a cupcake to combat three-thirty-itis. My new favourite place to get a sugar fix is the Mad Hatter Cupcakery.

Stocking cupcakes in a wide range of flavours (lemon meringue and vanilla chai come to mind quickly), the Mad Hatter is unique in that all its products are vegan, plant-based, palm-oil free and cruelty-free. For those that suffer from egg and dairy intolerances, they can now enjoy cupcakes without worrying about any allergic reactions. For everyone else who just likes cupcakes, yay, even more reasons to enjoy!

Currently operating at Broadway Shopping Centre, Mad Hatter Cupcakery will soon officially open Australia's first plant-based patisserie in Sydney's Darlinghurst. At $3 a cupcake, you can enjoy a (relatively) healthy dessert, while also knowing that you're supporting a local business. So, put the diet on hold until tomorrow, and head down to Mad Hatter for a delicious cupcake.
