Sat 12 Nov 2016 - Sun 13 Nov 2016

The annual will be staged over the weekend of 12th – 13th November and is guaranteed to bring large numbers of both serious and fun-loving wine aficionados to the Macedon Ranges, one of Victoria's premier wine growing regions.

The great thing about Budburst is that it's a festival on the move, taking visitors across the length and breadth of the region, this year sampling more than 100 quality wines from 30 vineyards at 17 different locations including a number of HUBS where tastings will be conducted by multiple vineyards.

Budburst showcases some truly great wine and food in a relaxed and friendly country atmosphere only an hour's drive from the center of Melbourne.

If you don't want to drive the festival has this year organised buses departing the Woodend and Kyneton railway stations on both Saturday & Sunday.

VLine operates regular services from Melbourne (Southern Cross) to both Woodend and Kyneton on the Bendigo line. Go to www.vline.com.au for an up to date timetable.

Bus Number 1 departs Woodend Station at 10.45 AM and visits Hesket Estate, Midhill Vineyard, Verdure Bistro, and Cope Williams Winery returning to Woodend Station by 5.05 PM.

Bus Number 2 departs Woodend Station at 10.45 AM visiting Kyneton Ridge Estate, Paramoor Winery and Hanging Rock Winery returning to Woodend Station by 5.05 PM.

Bus Number 1 departs Kyneton Station at 10.15 AM visiting Hanging Rock Winery, Lyons Will Estate, Granite Hills and Kyneton Ridge Estate returning to Kyneton Station by 5 PM.
